Welcome to our very first blog post!
Wherever you are in the world, we hope you are well and coping during this global pandemic. It certainly has been a trying time for all of us; but we are so grateful to live in a small community that has been working together to keep everyone safe. Here in Northumberland County (Cobourg, Ontario, Canada), the numbers have been quite low, and we have been able to open our shop to the public once more; with new protocols of course!
We are very happy to report that we are all well and busier than ever these last few months. If you are a regular customer, then you might notice a few changes when you come into The Painted Tree: You must wear a mask, please hand sanitize upon entering shop, and keep your distance from other shoppers. We also have a cool custom framed "barrier" at the check out to help keep our staff safe.
If you were thinking of framing as a Christmas gift now is the time to come and talk to us so we can get it done for you in time. We also have beautiful Christmas art packages available thanks to one of our staff members Dominie.
